§ 11-4. Special requirements.

11-4-1 Coverage. The total area which may be covered by buildings shall be as appropriate for the development.

11-4-2 Height. The maximum height of buildings shall be appropriate to the development.

11-4-3 Dimensions of open space. The minimum dimensions of open spaces shall be as follows:

Major open space opposite front or rear of building:

Apartment and townhouse or condominium structures. Minimum Feet—40

One- and two-family detached dwellings. Minimum Feet—30

Secondary open spaces opposite side or other walls:

Apartment and townhouse or condominium structures. Minimum Feet—15
