§ 2-10. Purchasing agent and assistant purchasing agent.

The offices of purchasing agent and assistant purchasing agent for the city are hereby created. The purchasing agent and assistant purchasing agent shall be appointed in accordance with section 2-7 and shall perform such duties as are prescribed by the council.
