§ 4-1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall, unless the context plainly shows a different meaning, be given the meanings ascribed to them in Code of Ala. 1975, § 28-3-1 et seq.: alcoholic beverages, association, beer, board, carton, container, club, corporation, fortified wine, hotel, importer, liquor, liquor store, manufacturer, meal, minor, person, restaurant retailer, sale or sell, table wine, unopened container, wholesaler, wine.
