§ 4-5. Sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages on Sunday.

The city council, pursuant to Act #2018-256 of the Alabama Legislature, hereby authorizes the sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages on Sunday, after the hour of 10:00 a.m., by properly licensed licensees of the state beverage control board and the city, who hold licenses issued pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, § 28-3A-3, and who serve the general public in the city.
