§ 6-2. Rides and booths.

Amusement rides conducted at circuses, carnivals and places of like character in the city or its police jurisdiction shall be offered for use only at a set price or fee, and not as a prize or reward of any kind, and booths operated at such places shall offer straight sales only, with no prizes or rewards.
