Pursuant to the authority granted by Title 11, Chapter 52, Articles 2 and 3, Sections 11-52-1, 11-52-30 to 11-52-36, and Sections
11-52-50 to 11-52-54, inclusive, of the 1975 Code of Alabama, which provisions are
hereby made a part of these regulations, the following regulations are hereby adopted
by the Planning Commission for the City of Atmore, Alabama, at its meeting on August
18, 1987. These Subdivision Regulations supersede those regulations previously adopted
by the Planning Commission or City Council. A copy of these regulations shall be certified
to the Probate Judge of Escambia County, Alabama.
