Any subdivision designed for sale of lots on which homes are to be placed shall conform to all of the requirements set forth in these Subdivision Regulations, regardless of whether the homes to be placed on the lots for sale are to be permanent type structures or mobile homes, and if inside the Atmore zoning jurisdiction, land use shall be restricted to those uses permitted in the zoning district in which the proposed subdivision is located. |
