§ 13-3. Transition.

Latest version.

All applications and requests pending before the Planning Commission or City Council at the time of enactment of these regulations shall be processed in accord with the substantive subdivision regulations in effect prior to the adoption of the regulations contained herein, but shall be subject to the procedural requirements of the subdivision regulations herein where appropriate in the discretion of the Planning Commission or the City Council.
