§ 13-4. Repealed regulations and administrative procedures.

This is a comprehensive enactment of a plan for the regulation of subdivisions and all prior subdivision regulations are hereby superseded and repealed including Appendix B of the City of Atmore Code of Ordinances adopted March 22, 1976 and all supplements thereto. Further, administrative procedures previously adopted for the regulation of subdivisions are hereby superseded and repealed. However, variances or exceptions legally granted under prior subdivision regulations remain in force and effect. Subdivisions which were illegal under previously existing subdivision regulations shall not become legal under these regulations.
